Responsible Gambling – Parimatch Tanzania
Gambling at Parimatch Tanzania is intended to be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. This page describes the tools available to all registered players and the support organisations you can contact if gambling has become a problem.
Tools available to all players
Every registered player can access the following responsible gambling tools at any time from their account settings or by contacting support at support@parimatchtanzania.com. All tools are free and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in TSh. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling period before they apply.
Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You cannot log in, deposit or bet during the pause. The period cannot be shortened once set.
Request a permanent or time-limited exclusion (minimum 6 months). Takes effect within 24 hours. Cannot be reversed before the chosen end date.
Set a time reminder that alerts you after 30, 60 or 90 minutes of continuous activity on the website or app.

18+ policy and minors
All services on this website are strictly for players aged 18 and over. Age is verified by KYC document review before any withdrawal is approved. If you believe a person under 18 has registered an account, contact us immediately at support@parimatchtanzania.com — the account will be suspended within 24 hours and all transactions reviewed. We recommend using parental control software such as Gamban on any device accessible to minors.
Recognising problem gambling
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you find yourself betting with money you cannot afford to lose, chasing losses, lying to family members about how much you bet, or feeling anxious or irritable when you are not gambling. If any of these apply, use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact our support team. You can also take a self-assessment at gamcare.org.uk at any time.
